Wow. I wish I had that kind of coordination. I would trip over myself in the first 3 seconds of doing that.

[Forum] Looking Good is About Feeling Good!

From Diet Blog Share: Most of us have opinions on dieting and most of us feel we shouldn't have to eat cardboard and rice just to look good. Well, I'm here to tell you looking good is just the end result. Feeling good is what made me do it.

I know about a year ago I was 185lbs, and I could barely sleep because I was so uncomfortable. I am in the Navy and weight standards are kept strict here. So, I knew I had to to something. I worked out, but I used a lot of natural products, so I am not messing with my vital organs like some of these products do.

[Forum] First Steps on My Weight Loss Journey

From Diet Blog Share: I am the queen of yo-yo dieting. At my heaviest, I weighed in at a whopping 201lbs, and after 7 months of intense dieting and a lucky case of the stomach flu, I was able to shrink down to 141lbs. Since then I've hit every weight in between, and am currently a voluptuous 175lbs.

At 22 years old I'm once again prepared to start my weight loss journey. This time I hope for good. After an enlightening breakup, I realize why I've let myself ride this rollercoaster of weight gain.

[Forum] Why Have I Gained Weight? Help!

Bu, I have somehow managed to GAIN 3 POUNDS!!!!

What I am doing wrong??????????

Giant Pez Dispenser Told to Pez Off

The Mercury News

The makers of Pez--the ammunition clip of the candy world--are calling for the head of the world's largest Pez dispenser, a giant snowman on display at the Museum of Pez Memorabilia in Burlingame, California.

Curators of the museum say the 7 foot, 10 inch snowman pays homage to the well-known candy. But, the Pez Candy Company isn't blushing, filing a lawsuit with the U.S. District Court, demanding the behemoth be melted down.

[Forum] Ways To Lose 5-10lbs?

From Diet Blog Share: I am going on vacation, and over the past few weeks I have a gained about 5 pounds - now I have a sort-of beer belly, not a big one, but a small flabby area.

I want to try to lose that area in about 3 days, but if that's impossible, I will work to get it to go away in 5 days.

Please help and give advice,

Allen
